So, we're doing 3D animation with 3D Studio Max at school right now and I must say I love it! Even if it's very time-consuming.
There's been a lot of problems (mainly, technology giving in at the least plausible time) but I just love the whole design process and the planning of how the rigs should look and work with the characters movements. Inverse Kinematics is very interesting as well.
I've had a lot of ideas for character designs lately, but I have no idea what I should do with them so most of them will probably stay as what they are now - quick doodles from class but I might use a few of them.
I'm thinking about giving up on Gaia (except for dropping by to keep in touch with some great friends I've made there). It just doesn't hold my interest anymore since it's all about the items nowadays (at least that's what it seems to be to me).
I have made a few commissions there, though. If I remember to, I'll post them here later.
I've been wondering - if I were to offer real-life commissions or prints on here, do you think they'd sell? If so, in what price range?
And what method of payment do you think would be the best?
Would you prefer digital or traditional media?
What about postage? (Considering I live in Sweden, having to charge a lot of postage might become a big trouble for me if I should ship abroad...)
Thank you in advance!
Last, I'd love to make and perhaps print book marks or pins (I've already made some pins for myself) but I wouldn't know what to put on them. Any suggestions? (Feel free to suggest things which are not in my gallery yet.)
My only request is please try to stay away from requesting fan art, as much as I love fan art selling it is not a very good idea in my mind since the whole copyright law bussiness is a matter I'd rather not get involved in if I can avoid it...

That is all for this time. Thank you for reading!
